Hello everyone around;



I just came back home from University and just did my last final exam which was Computational Mathematics, so from now as I mentioned before I have more free times to spend here, but the latest act from people in eMalaysia forced me to publish this and I will send this article to all eMalaysia congress members and I hope al of you guys read this.


As you may know , there was a poll to choose a person in congress to lead congress members and keep congress active, this is not an official job in this game (isn't written anywhere, wink-->gen_tiger) but 99.99% of current eCountries has this position, this position won't force anyone to vote or reject any proposal but will lead the members and keep discussions in-line, and ppl named it Chairman , while I prefer Speaker instead.


As I said before in forum, I am setting some rules for congress members (even it again hasn't published anywhere dear Mr. gen_tiger) and this is the time, you can choose me with this rules or reject me and do thatever you like.


- All Proposals need to have a link to its discussion area , if not the member who has proposed that needs to set a time and say the reasons and why he/she proposed that before voting timer stopped.

- If some one was looking for congress medal and thats why he/she run for the congress, it's time to resign while there will be nothing else in congress and it only will make you land-locked, so resign now and enjoy yourself. I need an active congress and not only clickers, so if you decided to stay in congress you HAVE TO be active enough.

- All congress members need to report their activities every 2 days and sign the presentation form which I will make and inform you all.

- No need to send private messages and force other members (even its theirs first time congress member) to vote "Y" or "N" for any proposal. I will say in publik what you did if I heard that, so next congress won't see you.

- I haven't found any name on Prle's article which shows the GOV (edited due to typing mistake, congress was wrong) and people who will do what !!! most likely Prle will become next CP and he has 24 hours to introduce his ministers to congress, and I do like to ask select your GOV members from those who have eMalaysia Cs and/or if you like to choose abroad players, they need to have eMalaysian Citizenship (it also will increase our population)( My suggestion: do not catch your ministers from congress members)

- While this is the congress who accepts any donation to the central bank of malaysia, the Minister of Fainance need to report any payments to the congress and I will not accept any hidden activities, even it is for eMalaysia or its friends, congress (people selected players) need to know about it.


FORUM Note :

I do not know why "Prle" and some other players do not like the forum discussions (it's up to them and actually is not my business) but I really hate irc and other chatting areas and prefer to discuss about smth while I am doing my personal job and do not waste my time on chatting face-2-face (of course some times it is necessary), you may choose any plan for yourself but do not just piss on forum (both new and old one), and I think congress without forum means just B***T, and you are trying to push ppl out of forum and its discussions, why? I don't know.



Now, if you like I will work on it and will start my job and if you reject me, just let me know, I will not looking for any reason for it. I will start my job from 6th December eRep time 00:00 if you accepted these all, or will resign and move somewhere else to gain more XP from battles. So please kindly write "Accept" or "Reject" on comments, and please only congress members comment vote.
