[MIL] Revival of Thai Armed Forces and Training War Update

Alright, since Vincent's been away from eRepublik for quite a bit, and I've returned to Thailand, I'm taking on my old role of General, taking over from Gates. I'm planning to revive the MIT and the TAF within the week, with a final structure (with a few modifications) in place and some concrete goals we can work towards.

Face it, the PTOers can't control our army, no matter what they do, so it's one of the smartest things to build up, especially as we experience new growth and more interest in our country.

Training War Update

Thanks to Indonesia, we've been without a Training War for about a week. Just a few hours ago, the Philippines, at last restored on the map, proposed the declaration of war on Malaysia in their Congress. The war games appear to be set to resume tomorrow.
