[Manifesto] WE would like to be the CP this time. Need your support

Friends, eIndians, eCountrymen,....Lend me your ears....I have come to praise eIndia not to bury it....
Well enough of Drama, let’s get to the point.
I am not all that good in writing articles, most of them turn out to be a wall of text but I hope they hold the information that I want to pass on and you have the patience to read on till the end.
Well after months of this game, I have decided to contest the elections for CP this time.
I am about 18 months old in this game. Been around to learn from the legends and joked around the newbies. Seen people come and go. The only reason I stuck on to this game, which is boring in more ways than one, is the immense respect I received from the players in this game.

I have stayed in eIndia for the last 18 months never moved out, stayed in the same Party which saw at least 4 name changes. Call it good or bad, but I kind of like to stay where I am since I am enjoying as hell. Someone told me that Asmita meant ‘Solid as rock’ and I guess I am justifying my name.

During this period I am helped various CPs serve this countries. Mostly as VPs. Many a times had to take on the role of a CP without being elected. Through thick and thin I have enjoyed it all and at best tried to be of service to my friends.
Many a times I have been asked to contest for the CP. I am always declined, the reason being:
1. I thought I am not competent enough, and don’t know enough about the game to be a CP.
2. I was also unsure of my ability to commit enough time to be the CP.
3. Most important, I did not have an agenda for the country. No specific goals or targets.

I have been fairly active for the last 3 months or so, and I have found that the CPs recent and past has had the same problems probably, but that has never deterred them from contesting.
Now lets face it, the biggest problem with this country is the lack of active players. We just don’t have it and the people who are so called active are too committed to RL to give enough time to the game.

So here is what I want to contribute to eIndia. This will hopefully be a new trend and will give some semblance of order in our country.

I propose we have 4 CPs. Between them there should be enough time experience and knowledge to run the country. Well some of you are going to laugh at this but hey, we never know unless you try.

So I looked around for active people, found some of them:
1. Rebalash
2. Abhinay
3. Hemanathan
4. Me, the great... 🙂
We have discussed and decided that we will have equal powers. The authority to take all decision.
This is only to make sure there is always someone to take charge to dole out policy level decisions. Now that’s what I would like to contribute to the country this term. If this system works, we will see if others take on the same.
Of course we will be talking and discussing in the back ground. We have the group small, since we don’t want a lack of communication or worse still miscommunication.

Now these fine chaps I am sure all of you know very well. And I am sure you see them active enough on IRC. They will have their own teams and work on specific areas as well.
Rebelash will have his own Team to handle finances.
Abhinay will have his own Team to take care of the Military and Wars.
Hemanathan will have his team to handle Internal Affairs, which includes retention.
I will be around to help them all, and together will try to rebuild the fences with our allies and friends to strengthen our ties and relation.
These teams will be basically with the active newbies. And we want to have a lot of fun.

We have 2 further positions. We have our Government spokesperson this time. They are xordin and Goutham. They will be a part of all discussions and decisions. They will also know the reason behind those decisions. xordin is planning to publish everyday, even if it is with ONE line. And a more details report by Goutham every weekend.

Now let’s see what we as a team want to achieve. We want to have enough knowledge and experience to do the best for India. We have the players who are committed to give time to the country. We have newer players who are going to be a part of thing, to give them the exposure to be the next leaders.

The basic aim of this term is to make sure we have a CP available at all hours to make sure decisions are not stalled.

Now to the manifesto: Time and again we have seen manifestos claiming to have a baby boom, wonderful retention team, and fascinating war and finance measures to change the entire scenario of the country.
Well, aren’t we tired of all this? We hardly ever see the Plan to do it. We hardly ever see any of those succeeding.

Our idea this time is 3 fol😛
1. Consolidate
2. Train the newer generation to be the next CP
3. An Inclusive plan

Consolidate: We will work to consolidate what we have. The people currently active to take bigger responsibility. Consolidate our relation with our friends and allies. Consolidate the co-ordination between our army and allies.
Newer Gen: We will try to give bigger roles to our young players and help them emerge into leaders.
Inclusive Manifesto: We want you, every CS of this country and every friend and ally to tell us what you want. We will strive to make it work. We will have a basic rudimentary plan set up by department heads and then we want YOU to tell us what to do and how to do it. We will only try to make it work.

So guys, for the first time, WE need your support and ideas and plans to rebuild and consolidate eIndia.

When you vote for me, you actually vote for Rebelash, Abhnay, Hemanathan and me. Our collective decisions, experience and knowledge.
