老鷹樂團在1971年成立, 1980年解散, 當被訪問什麼時候會重組時, Don Hanley 說: 當地獄結冰的時侯吧 (When the hell freezes over.)


老鷹樂團在1994年重組並展開巡迴演唱, 演唱會名為Hell freezes over, Glenn Frey說: 我們並沒有解散, 只是放了14年的假期
