Playing this game is easy, all you HAVE to do is work, train and fight when you have the chance. You might check a few articles, vote a couple of shouts and you’re good to go. However, in case you’re a competitive player and you’d like to understand the game better there are a couple of things you might want to learn. I’m gonna try to explain you the basics of what’s going on and why in our country and wider. Today we’re going to discuss the importance of Training wars (TW’s). Why are TW’s that important, what makes them the essence of each country and what should you do to improve your performances.


There are three main reasons why each country does training wars:

1. TRUE PATRIOT MEDALS - TP medals are probably the biggest reason a country holds a training war. You get a TP medal for each 100 mil. damage you do for your country. That means an average of 2000 IEP per each BH medal you win. One BH medal in D4 will get you the 5 golds (2500 IEP). TP medal reward is almost as rewarding as the BH medal. Those TP medals you wouldn’t win by fighting in foreign wars will pay for almost all of your weapons used while fighting depending on your strength and rank. TP medals also generate incomes in eIreland’s treasury. In other words, fighting for your own country is always going to be much more profitable than fighting for someone else. When a country has a lot of BH hunters then more Training wars are needed, which is exactly why some big countries like Croatia or Serbia has tons of wars going on.

2. LEGEND RANKS - Once your reach your first legend rank (Legend of Ireland I) your battle performance in the Irish battles is improved by 10%. Every next legend rank gets you another 10% which means that BiednyMis, with his rank of Legend of Ireland XX is going to deal 200% more damage than he usually would if the ranks are still rewarded in influence same as before the legend ranks were introduced. In reality, that means BiednyMis and other legends are going to spend much less health and weapons to win BH’s in the Irish battles than they would in the foreign ones. Fighting in foreign battles becomes almost totally unprofitable. Getting the legend rank should be a goal for every ground fighter in eIreland.

3. MOVING COSTS - Not so long ago Plato has introduced a new system of moving and has made it much more expensive. Regardless of your fighting preference being ground or air fighter you’ll always earn more by saving the moving costs. Having plenty of TW’s means that there’s always a good chance some battle is going to open soon and you’ll be able to fight in it without spending the money on moving abroad, or wasting your energy by not fighting.


Except earning TP money you will also know which RW’s to support in order to win RH medals which will help you to reach your goals in Erepublik. eIreland is a small country and we have to try better than most of the other countries do in order to cope with them. In order to be competitive we need to come together, organize ourselves and set some long term goals for our country. You can’t MAKE everyone play this game in a smart way, but I believe there are plenty of our citizens that would like to give their best shot in order to make eIreland bigger, stronger and more interesting.

Before you do that, you need to know what your goals are, what your country is trying to do and what you should do to help that out. Air fighters should make sure they fight as often as possible and waste no energy. That’ll improve your rank and enable you to deal more damage with less energy in the future. Air epics are surely a good change by Plato if you're an air fighter. It will win you more weekly rewards. If you have Power Pack active on your account you should totally spend enough bars during the tuesday’s (beginning of e-Week) air epics to reach at least 10 000 prestige points. That will win you all the energy bars you’ve spent until the week ends. Of course, if you’re doing that you need to make sure not to waste any energy during that week.

Ground fighters should stock their weapons, energy bars and gold to wait for the events during which they’ll be able to use special rewards and improve their ranks much faster. Last year there was an event that made loads of people take Legend ranks in their countries. That’s what every ground fighter in eIreland should aim for in April 2020. Apart from stocking, you should also use the tuesday epics which are going to be organized in eIreland soon.
