I had a bouquet
Had a bouquet of big borrowed flowers
But they have turned all grey
I had a mansion
And a car that had a private shower
But you had thrown it all away

2 days ago, a very interesting topic was brought up by one of America's foreign affairs gurus. Last month was interesting in that the Executive Branch and the military seemed to disagree on what tactic we should take on forming our new Alliance, PANAM. For those of you who don't know PANAM is a brand new Alliance between Argentina, Brazil, Canada, France, Japan, Turkey, and the US. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Jankems, commented in Krems' thread that they would like to support...

..."An alliance system based on countries who have a record of supporting allies, maintaining at least neutral or positive relations with countries that have done us no harm, have saved our asses just as many times as we've saved theirs, and that continue to do us no harm. It's a system based not on personal preferences and relations of a few nor on knee-jerk reactions, but based on the facts and realities of the situation as well as using past and current evidence to support those relationships."

What this means to the person who isn't in the know? Well for good reason the JCS has qualms over supporting countries that helped in our destruction during the Invasion in the Summer of '09. You may say, "That was over a year and a half ago? Can't we forgive and forget?" Well yes and no. Since then there has been very little change in alliance loyalty. Just recently have we seen Poland/Spain (SPoland) become buddies with Hungary/Serbia and South America become buddies with North America. (That's putting it VERY simply). In my opinion SPoland has become part of a group that isn't here to help us and can be looks at as a someone who could potentially do us harm. It is time to ditch them for good and continue to work to expand our budding alliance. Currently there are good countries out there without an alliance. Croatia/Romania (CRomania, yes our old alliance had little creativity) are good allies to us, they are strong countries and they are not a fan of SPoland's new buddies. Getting CRomania in PANAM should be the current administration's #1 foreign policy goal, followed closely by making sure that our current PANAM allies are super happy. Personally I'd like to see a strong statement in the coming week from the administration. I'd also like to see the JCS get on board and if their stubbornness is the reason for the crumbling of our new alliance then I'd like to see the President air that out and cause public pressure to have them support our new alliance.

Law and Order
This is where I'm going to take a look at the laws that were proposed by the President.

An MPP was proposed by Broatia. Mizu didn't propose it, but still this is a no brainer.
