[Kumnaa] Does anybody look at tickets?

Since the 30th of April several sites were banned from the API for some unknown reason.

Normally its a 24 hour ban and normal service is resumed.

We are now into the 5th day since the initial ban and the bans remain.

Theres been no response in the API group from anybody official but as the group is pretty dead I can understand that.

However the day after the initial ban I sent a ticket, high priority, to the admins informing them of this problem.

I think you can probably guess the response....none.

Two major eUK sites have been affected by this:

- The eUK forums http://forums.erepublik.co.uk has been unable to accept new members and the profile integration has been unable to update.

- The tool site http://www.cccp-group.org has been made useless with data almost a week old now.

Its so disappointing to find that a game built upon community run sites ignores their issues so easily.

Appologies to anybody that has had issues with both those sites but its is sadly out of my hands.

Inconclusion, for a community based game the community support is awful. Please try harder.
