Proposal Program Prajurit Asuh

Latar Belakang
Program ini didasari kebutuhan eIndonesia untuk mengimbangi kuantitas prajurit Romania yang terhitung beberapa kali lipat lebih banyak. Dimana dalam keadaan RS Fight, kekuatan kita jauh dibawah Romania.

Tujuan
Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah prajurit dengan damage menengah keatas secara lebih cepat dan efektif sehingga untuk sementara kita dapat mengimbangi Romania dalam perang RS Fight

Tata Cara Pelaksanaan
Berikut langkah-langkah pelaksanaan Program Prajurit Asuh :
1. Pengasuh mengambil sekitar 1-3 Prajurit Asuh
2. Pengasuh mensupport Prajurit Asuh dengan beberapa Weapon dan jika memungkinkan Prajurit Asuh dapat disupport dengan beberapa WB
3. Prajurit Asuh yang telah mencapai tahap tertentu akan dinyatakan lulus
4. Prajurit Asuh yang telah lulus harus menjadi tenaga Pengasuh di masa depan

Syarat dan Ketentuan
1. Pengasuh terdiri dari prajurit-prajurit berpangkat Field Marshall.
2. Prajurit Asuh terdiri dari prajurit-prajurit dengan pangkat di bawah Colonel.
3. Pengasuh setidaknya memiliki sedikit sisa uang setelah memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari.
4. Pengasuh harus memperlakukan adil semua Prajurit Asuhnya.
5. Prajurit Asuh harus Online bersamaan dengan Pengasuh untuk dapat dibantu dalam Perang.
6. Prajurit Asuh tidak boleh meminta Weapon/WB secara paksa kepada Pengasuh.
7. Kedua pihak harus saling menghormati.
8. Prajurit Asuh dinyatakan lulus jika telah berpangkat Colonel.
9. Setelah Prajurit Asuh berpangkat Field Marshall, maka diharuskan menjadi Pengasuh bagi generasi berikutnya.

Catatan
- Pengasuh direkrut secara suka rela tanpa paksaan apapun
- Prajurit Asuh dan Pengasuh harus memiliki cara berkomunikasi secara pribadi (IRC, YM, MSN, dsb)
- Prajurit Asuh tidak boleh lupa menggunakan kata "TOLONG" dan "TERIMA KASIH"
- Pengasuh harus menghargai dan menghormati para Prajurit Asuh
- Klon dalam bentuk apapun tidak boleh mengikuti Program ini
- Jika Program ini dibawah Pemerintah, maka uang yang digunakan oleh para pengasuh berasal dari GOV

Apprentice Soldier Program Proposal

Reason
This Program based to counter the Romanian soldiers Quantity with Quality. When we see with the RS Fight we lose so much damage.

Purpose
This Program basically used to increase the number of Semi Tank Soldier faster and more effective so, for a short time we can match the Romanian Power with RS Fight

Procedure
This is The Step :
1. The Master take 1-3 soldier as their Apprentice
2. The Master supported their apprentice with some weapon and some Wellness Box if they can
3. The Apprentice which reached the Colonel Rank will be graduated
4. The Graduated Apprentice must take place as The Master in the Future

Terms and Agreements
1. The Master is chosen from the soldier which already reach Field Marshall Rank.
2. The Apprentice is chosen from the soldier which have Rank Below Colonel.
3. The Master at least have Spare Money after buying stuff for their daily needs.
4. The Master which have more than 1 Apprentice must treats all of his apprentice fairly.
5. The Apprentice must online at the same time with The Master at war to be supported.
6. The Apprentice mustn't forced their Master to give them Weapon/Wellness Box.
7. They must respect each other.
8. The Apprentice will be graduated when they reach Colonel Rank.
9. When the Apprentice become Field Marshall, then he must be The Next Master for new Apprentice.


Notes
- The First Generation Master are volunteer.
- The Master and The Apprentice must have a private way to communicate (IRC, YM, MSN, dsb)
- The Apprentice must remember to use "Please" and "Thanks" when they're supported.
- The Master must appreciate their Apprentice
- Clones can't be registered in this Program
- If the program is run under Government, the money will be given to the master.
