Join the new world

Hello dear eJapanese.
For the first time in my eLife, I'm running seriously for CP for the June 2013 term(Yes I've been CP here before but that was technically pushed upon me 😛).

For a long time now in eJapan there has never really been a proper month about "culture" such as events/competitions or just flat-out info articles about Real-Life cultural events(Sure there has been articles but there hasn't been a month basicly dedicated to it).

Do mind that other departments will be going on has usual just that I want to emphesize on the usage of events of sorts.
So I'm going to make a hopefully enjoyable Manifesto for you to read.



[The Sunflower Empire]
I wish to create The Sunflower Empire, and what does it mean exactly might you ask. Well put simply it won't change the current way of doing politics per se and things will go on as they should, but Culture and cultural events will be a larger theme in the bigger picture with a mixture of Touhou.



I want to make it more enjoyable by merely adding small events and such etc. to make it more community friendly and not just focus on being the strongest fighter in the eWorld, we have had a fair share of training wars recently but still we are a small community and while we are not strong atleast we should be able to enjoy ourselves together without having to do training wars constantly!~

Now onto a bit of the different sections.



Military:
Well as you all know we recently had a TW with eSK which went to some degree out of control in the start but balanced out in the end, we also had a TW with China before that. I feel that in the upcoming month we should focus more on to some degree restock our weaponry but also give our full support to allies as the ongoing war is in works.



Foreign Affairs:
Well, We're still in CoT and I intend to keep it that way for sure. On the other hand We still have a few neighboors who are either neutral or in the opposite alliance, While everything is calm and collected atm I think we should try to talk more with our neighboors to try and hopefully strenghten some sort of bond. Also as we know, CoT has been a bit messy lately and thus we should try to see if we can open som better communication with our fellow alliance countries.



Economy:
For now I have no plans for this ministry aside from wanting to continue to bank up so we can get a wealthier storage of cash incase emergency(This is regarding the War going on). Any major plans for shifting in taxes and whatnot shall be presented before the congress on the forum and discussed.



Culture:
As I had mentioned above I want to make more frequent yet small events for people to enjoy, it could be all from Touhou gaming events to just general picture events or even math equations(everyone loves math, Don't they? 😃). I want to see something along the lines of a usual weekly article from our ministries with info regarding what is on the plate alongside a possible small event/competition related to the subject of the ministry(with prices ofcourse), I also want to see the royal empress event continue as normal as it has long history in this country.



For now I'll leave it at that
