The difference is, one is trying to be informative to the party members, and is not trying to recruit others, meanwhile, anyone who joins through this avenue of informing members is a bonus. A pm is more personal, and is a very specified attack to try and "inform" a member of another party to join their party..

I'm not a fan of the way you are saying your pm's are written. There is nothing informative really about it, and having been a former MDP member, I can also tell you that half of the information in those pm's is incorrect.

You have no idea how ive written my PM's and you've got no idea about the content, so Im not sure how your a fan or not, but I sent one to your PP so he can tell you if I was attacking the IPC directly or not
