[IP] how to get official CP support from the Independent Party

As approved by the party a long time ago, our old CP support policy for CP-gov stays in effect.

To get official (in-game) support from the Independent Party:

a. request support from PP or VPP of the Independent Party before the 1st of the month
b. official request must include: writing a small motivation + (short) resume and why you want to run for CP
c. if proposed CP candidate is not a IP member, (s)he must either join IP, or make sure (s)he become a official candidate of another top 10 party to be considered
d. officially request IP for support as CP candidate (via Party President or Vice-PP ), they will only accept the request as official when conditions a. & b. & c. are met.
e. IP party will vote on it´s private forum on the 1st out of all accepted candidates who complied with previous points (a-d), + including a neutral option to not support any candidate
f. 2nd of the month: IP party will announce who they support via their newspaper, and confirm this in-game
