[India] Avatar change for Republic Day

Republic Day wishes to everyone.
Everyone is aware of that India is stepping into 63rd Republic Day which commemorates the date on which the Constitution of India replacing the Government of India Act 1935 as the governing document of India on 26 January 1950

As our MoD has announced that there we will co-ordination strike @ 8.PM IST, you are requested to be available on IRC @ #india-fight

Also, Our MoD has requested to wear Indian National Flag as our avatar during this strike. I would like to request people to extend the avatar atleast till end of Jan 26- 2012(i.e., Republic Day of India)
