Join the new world

It's hard to decide how to begin an article in which I have to compete against those I have become so close with. Myself as well as SHIELD has become what it is today because of my fellow candidates. Upon my return to erep I found the Federalist Party and then after a short stint in eUS Army I moved to SHIELD after finding out it existed. I soon after began to media with some encouragement and moved myself up the ladder eventually settling into my current position as SHIELD CO.

During my time in SHIELD we have managed to increase activity and membership. We have gone throug a transition implementing a brand new spiffy uniform from the likes of ScottCoyle. We have begun a serious discussion to begin reforming our supply program prior to implementation. All this and still managed to give some SHIELD P/H Honors to two of our own awesome members WookyJack and ScottCoyle. I would like to bring this same little boot in the ass to the Federalist Party to help implement and drive towards defying what many other people in this game have come to accept.

An organization is only as good as the people in it and no one can do anything alone. Lets be honest SHIELDs successes haven't been only because of me. SHIELD operates 24/365 and that is more than anyone person can do. What I did have is the ability to organize, drive and move forward an absolutely award winning team. Team is what makes the difference and that is what I am going to go through now.

VPP-Slybabymichele-She is now Hammer director and will be able to learn for the future and capable to handle things in my absense. If she hasn't done it she can figure it out.

Chief of Staff-Paul Proteus-A fellow citizen of my great state Paul has been around for a very long time and has the drive to drive others to success.

Political Director-Kevin Sheridan-This man is national so I believe he has the current knowledge and know how to effectively guid our political priorities.
Assistand PD/WHIP-Ankaleader-Awesome member of the party willing to do
whatever when ever for the party.

Media Director-WookyJack-Returning as the lord of the pen. This man has entertained us before and his articles and media staff he is able to assemble is enought to spur activity on it's own I say this as his former deputy in media. I look forward to him continuing to not only entertain us but the masses to help drive them into our loving arms.

Retention-Trekker Tlumac this guy made me CO of SHIELD. He has been PP and has plenty of experience to count on. I plan on restructuring a bit and plan to have him guiding and looking over the Fun Department as well as recruiting. I also hope we find him a highly motivated Deputy to help him in this large task.

FedEx Director-Avex-Returning member had been gone for a while, but is back with a fire that could send NASA to the moon in 1/3rd the time. He's amazing with graphics and is looking to grow I believe this to be the perfect opportunity.


Fun Department-Orikfricai-This guy has been around a little while, and willing be becoming fully active again soon. I would like him to take over this department and study and receive and implement his ideas as well as a few of my brouder suggestions guided by the Mr. Miagi of Fun Dk3dknight.

NFLB-GonzoVeritas-A great worker and friend. I have talked with him and he has plans for for retention he can pass to Trekker, but RL like it is for many of us comes up, so I would like to make things more managable and better for everyone and let him return and focus on NFLB.

Recruiting-DaveGulya-An XO in SHIELD as well as current retention director I believe this man has the solution to our recruiting tasks. I would like him to work on placing all new members of the federalist party, help bring them in and guide them to the areas they are interested by way of the other directors. While one man cannot do it all he will surely try.
Recruiting-Ischelle-This charismatic care free lady has been enlisted to work with DaveGulya. She has the experience to perform and will be able to elaborate and assist in the large task that recruiting will be. I expect that both Dave and Ischelle together can help bring in and place all new members of the Federalist party to help create the atmosphere I'd like to create.

Treasurer-ViKy-Simple. Why change a good thing. /me waves at ViKy

Librarian-Eli-Grand old man of the Federalist party. I would like to see him continue documenting and recording of our Fed history. I would also like to see him bring other members into the fold and teach them his jedi ways to ensure we never lose where we come from.

SHIELD-ScottCoyle-Last but not least my replacement. Scott Coyle works as much for SHIELD and the Federalist Party as much as he works his full time job. This guy's work ethic is what will be needed to continue and grow upon the changes that have happened in the MU and he has been there the whole way and knows exactly where to pick up.

This is the amazing team I have assembled. Because I believe I have real drive and real solutions to make a difference. I decided to run for party president because I have now gained a great deal of experience as SHIELD CO to be comfortable to know that I can be party president effectively.

The Federalist party did not grow to become the #1 party because they were the same. This party grew and thrived because it was different. It became #1 on the backs of hard work and mass messaging. PP isn't a game of me or this is what I can do for you. It is a position that is there to help implement and drive the success of the party.
For a long time now we have not truly utilized our position to help drive what we feel could be the best interests of this country. The only way we will achieve our goals is through inclusiveness and hard work. So the we I have been talking about lies with everyone that reads this and every Federalist member. While there are directors everone in this party has a job. It's to help other members, it's to help advance our cause. It is to help grow this party, as well as keep people around.
The only promise I can make you is that I will drive and strive to raise activity and membership. To try and get people involved in a way they want to stay around. While I invariable can't guarantee this will happen I believe the team I have assembled make this very possible. I would also like to congratulate my competitors as well as my friends. It is amazing that we continuously try to one up each other for the betterment of this party as well as the country. This member of CKC is the way to be 😉.
