Investing in our Airforce [IIOA] - Week 15 & 16

The report into the 15th and 16th week of the strengthening our airforce scheme IIOA. Last weeks' rewards are now claimable.

I'd like to start by congraulating Piran the 4th eUK citizen to achieve the aircraft rank of Wing Commander. I salute him on his achievement o7.
