Obviously the game owners at some point decided, f**k it, who cares about the rules - buy sell anything, including accounts, we don't care as long as we be making money.

All I want is an indicator that someone has acquired an account rather than worked on it for years

Maybe some in-game effects, 0.1x any gold earned...
