[IA] Congress representatives for March 2012

This month sees the return of the Independent Alternative in the congress elections. One of my election pledges was to boost congress membership to be more proportionate to party membership. My aim was to get 14 seats in congress and we managed to secure a total of 16 seats. This is six more seats than we had last month.
