[Huskei] Organizing the armed forces.

As I have seen until now the ePakistan army has had no need to organize, neither does it have any wars. But as I can see a time of war is to come upon us soon, so I would like to suggest an organizational model for our military, hopefully the MoD and the CP will take notice.
So anyways, my model depends on divide and supply.
The way it works is that, lets take just as an example that there are a total of 100 soldiers in ePakistan. Including foreigners and RL Pakistanis and all. 100 total active fighters. We can't let them go berserk and just fight anywhere we want, so we will create first off 5 Divisions. Each division consisting of 20 soldiers. This will not be dependent on the division these soldiers fight in, such as D1, D2, D3 or D4, rather they will be distributed into these 5 divisions by random. No strength, rank or any other criteria, just randomly distributed soldiers.
So until now we have 5 divisions of 20 soldiers each.
Now lets give these 5 divisions names,
1- Military Division
2- Air Force
3- Navy
4- Special Forces
5- Heavy Machinery
Now each of these divisions will have their own Division leaders appointed by the MoD who will directly report to the MoD. The MoD will provide each Division leader with an equal amount of supplies and a set of orders and instructions that they will have to follow.
These 5 divisions will further be divided into Squads of 5, including a squad leader.
It will look something like this:
Each squad leader will receive supplies and orders directly from their division leaders, and they will have to report their progress to the division leaders. The division leader will not only give them battle orders, but also orders to reach a certain level, rank or a certain strength by a given time to strengthen our army. Any squad not fulfilling the requirements, their supplies will be halted until they get to the requirements again.
So the chain goes like Squad leader
Anyhow, this was just my simple and plain suggestion on how we can vastly improve the efficiency of our army.

These are nice suggestions. It is unfortunate that an identical structure of command and supply existed pre-DPP (minus the division names). Stop that please. That tune has become very old. Speaking only negatively all the time and deliberately ignoring the positive things someone does has other motives. I read the constitution, looks like Shakespearian verbiage.
I can write a 1000 page constitution, if it is useless then what is the point? I do like literature but I rather read other types of fiction than constitution. I don't even read RL constitution 😒 To chart out things that are obvious and redundant doesn't make a piece of literature spectacular. In games like this, where no one can enforce constitution because there is no law, no judge, no jury to pass verdict, I won't waste my time writing or reading some weirdo land constitution. I would lose concentration after half a page.
I would prefer simple, concise, precise, tacit, crisp and sharp writing over fluff. Times change, game mechanics change. Recently I totally scrapped out such documents. It was kind of mean of me. They were written very professionally and would be appreciated in RL. But if it doesn't go along with the WORK that we are doing HERE, why should I use it?
Also about government, I thought at first I would give them all salaried positions. But I want to save up on the nation's treasury. I can swipe my cc or ask Jakal as usual to use his cc. But I believe some people still owe him money that they should return. If they return that I will use it to pay cabinet people their salaries 😃
But they work for fun. They are already doing much better job than paid people. I am very proud of them. I am proud of Huskei whose work I have acknowledged. Also GoG is very efficient. If you have better plans I would like to see your MU do better.
