As Mayor of Iasi (Region of Moldavia) I start today this HELP Lottery.

50% of the money we expect to raise will be donated - in gifts - to the soldiers who fight for Romania, and the other 50% will be the winners prise.

Rules of the Lottery:
Every citizen may choose between 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 number and bet money. He/she can choose to bet money on one or more numbers.
Sunday evening (18:45) a number will be announced that is the winning one. Then, all the money raised will be divided in two. 50% is the prise and 50% will be donated - in gifts - to the wounded soldiers. The prise will be divided between the citizen who choose the right number, according to the percent of his/her money in the winning bet.

The winning number will be the last figure from the 7 digits number extracted Sunday evening, at 18:45 (RO time), at the 'Noroc' category of the national lottery named "Loteria romana". Ca primar de Iasi (regiunea Moldova) organizez aceasta loterie pentru intrajutorare.

50% dintre banii care vor fi stransi vor fi donati - in gifts - soldatilor care lupta pentru Romania, iar ceilalti 50% vor constitui premiul castigatorilor.

Regulile loteriei:
Fiecare cetatean poate alege intre numerele: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 si 9 si sa parieze bani. El/ea poate paria bani pe unul sau mai multe numere.
Duminica seara (ora 18:45) un numar va fi anuntat ca fiind numarul castigator. Atunci toti banii adunati vor fi impartiti in doua. 50% din ei va fi premiul iar 50% vor fi donati - in gifts - soldatilor raniti. Premiul va fi impartit intre cetatenii care au ales numarul castigator, in functie de procentul banilor lor in suma totala pariata pe numarul castigator.

Numarul castigator va fi ultima cifra din numarul de 7 cifre extras duminica seara, la 18:45 (timpul Romaniei), la categoria ‘Noroc’ a ‘Loteriei Romane’.
