Today in the news:
Romania wards of 2-pronged attack from Russian and Hungarian troops
Earlier today, EDEN High Command collectively crushed counter-attacks on both sides of the Romanian border. The Romanian President however, has not mounted a counter-attack against Hungary, probably signalling an impending EDEN attack elsewhere in the eWorld.
In all 6 battles, the fights were relatively close, but EDEN tanks ultimately defeated the collective effort put forth by Phoenix in which they 'FIRED EVERYTHING'. Croatian forces also repelled a Hungarian attack, which puts EDEN 7-0 in battles for the day.
Portugal is wiped out by American and Spanish forces
Interestingly enough, EDEN also succeeded in the Western European front, where American and Spainiard troops defeated Portuguese forces on all sides. The trend of Phoenix nations being wiped off of the face of the Earth continues with this conquest.
EDEN's winning streak continues, bringing their record for today to 12-0.
Turkish war for independence coming to a close.
All however, was not lost for Phoenix. Turkey is now within 1 region of re-acquiring all of her former regions. This comes after the EDEN-backed Greeks wiped them out a few days ago. EDEN seems to be ignoring Turkey for now, but that might change if Turkey decides to take revenge against her Greek aggressors.
Resistance Wars sprout in Slovenia, Russia, South Africa, and Portugal
The outcomes of any of these RWs are by no means clear. And they are generally irrelevant when compared to the bigger battles in eRepublik.
EDEN goes 12-1 for the day, crushing all Phoenix efforts to mount an effective counter-attack.

It's not an ATO, you can't ATO a country that has no government.
You have your facts slightly slewed there JPJ. This is indeed an ATO because most of the people coming in for Serbia simply want to screw over NZ for the betterment of Phoenix. We on the other hand want to make New Zealand a country that wont turn into a WW3-era North Korea, and is instead a place for real New Zealanders to enjoy the game.
Only back a couple weeks and already using orgnets to reach the top-5. I hate you so much.
