Bireylerin yaşamlarında olduğu gibi milletlerin tarihlerinde de hayati dönüm noktaları, o milletin kaderini belirler. Azerbaycan Devleti özgürlüğe adım atarken varlığını tehdit eden sorunlarla yüzleşmek zorunda kaldığı, yakın tarihinin dönüm noktası sayılabilecek bir dönemden geçmiştir. Kardeş Azerbaycan halkının bugün yaşadığı müreffeh ve istikrarlı ortam, bağımsız Azerbaycan Devleti’nin kurucusu ve mimarı merhum Haydar Aliyev’in bu netameli dönemde gösterdiği liderliğin sonucudur.

Kendisini ölümünün 11. yıldönümünde saygı ve rahmetle anıyoruz.


Just as there are critical turning points in an individual’s life the same applies to nations. As it approached independence, the Republic of Azerbaijan had to face severe problems that threatened its very existence. That time period turned out to be a turning point in the history of Azerbaijan. The stability and prosperity enjoyed today by the people of Azerbaijan is the result of leadership displayed during those dire times by the founder and architect of modern Azerbaijan, the late Haydar Aliyev.

We commemorate Haydar Aliyev with respect on the 11th anniversary of his death.
