[GOV] q1 food situation

Yesterday and today we managed to build some q1 food stockpiles again thanks to helping citizens. A big thank you goes to crvnazvezda, eHero, Ikhwan Yassin, Prizma Jeno, R3pl1c4nt and Vincelim who worked at National Food and also to Ejjnye, Mike Hoare and PGeorge10 who helped with the employee number multiplier with their presence.
As with the congressional elections ahead (and with the soon arriving hospital) I expect an increase in population the Ministry is planning to change policy regarding National Food Ltd. In 2 or 3 days we'll try to start continuous operation and production. The company will be looking mostly for lower level workers to keep the production in control but a few higher level users will also be welcome. If you have any other ideas for a possible approach please share them.🙂

Yes, the Citizen message is a good idea.🙂 Though I'll plan to always offer the highest salaries for skill 0 and 1 so that newbies find their way here anyhow.
Later on we will operate a land company too, but right now it's not needed in my opinion. New users should mostly start in the manufacturing sector and a few of them in the construction one. Though this situation might and probably will change dynamically.
