יחידת גולני שלי,מה קרה?
גולני שלי,קרו הרבה דברים בזמן האחרון.
קורס הקצינים התחיל עוד פעם,מחזור שלישי.
מתן9010 פורש,אז רון הוא המפקד החדש שלנו.
שמשון הצטרפה לצה''ל.
הכל נראה טוב,הכל שמח ונעים.
כמו שכל ילד בגן יודע,תמיד לאחר הצלחה,יבוא הכישלון או האכזבה.
לאחר כל ההצלחות של צה''ל,בא הכישלון של גולני.
בגולני 151 אנשים,מתוכם בערך 30 לא פעילים הרבה זמן,מתוכם הרבה לא מתחברים לצא'ט ומתוכם יש את ה''חרשנים'' של המשחק.
הרבה חיילי גולני יודעים שבכל יום ראשון יש תקיפה חטיבתית,של כל גולני.
היום,בשעה 20:58,אני מקבל מרון,מפקד החטיבה הודעה פרטית בצא'ט.
יהל,היום אין תקיפה,בגלל שאין כמעט אנשים.
המשכתי,אמרתי לו,אני יפקד עליה אם אתה לא רוצה,עדיין יש אנשים,אפשר לעשות.
עכשיו,שדיברתי עם רון לא ידעתי משהו אחד.
בערוץ של ההתקפה היו רק 2 אנשים!!!
עכשיו,מתוך לפחות 50 שמחוברים לצא'ט היו 2 אנשים.
מה שקרה לגולני פשוט,הוא הולך ככה
1)בפלוגת גולני הייתה הצלחה גדולה,הכניסו את שמשון וגם הפיקוד של רון,הצליח בתחילת הדרך.
2)בגלל תחילת בית הספר,יש שיעורים,יש הרבה דברים לעשות,וזה מוריד קצת זמן.
3)יש אנשים שמתגייסים לצבא,ולכן הם שוחכים קצת את המשחק.
4)יש אנשים שסתם נכנסים לצא'ט,רק כדי לפתור אחריות.

לאחר השלב הרביעי מגיע השלב הכי גרוע בעולם!
שלב ''אין לי כוח'',שלב גרוע מאוד
לאחר השלב הבעייתי כל החיילים של גולני נכנסים סתם ככה לדבר.
אפילו מי שיודע שיש תקיפה,לא הגיע אליה.
מי שהיה מחובר לצא'ט לא נכנס!!!
דברים שתוכננו מראש,לא קרו,בגלל חוסר אחריות.
אתם יודעים,צה''ל הוא לא חובה,הוא בחירה.
כל מי שבחר לשרת בצה''ל זה בשביל אספקה,ציות לצה''ל ועזרה.
יש אנשים שסתם נכנסו לצה''ל,כי משעמם להם כבר לטייל בעולם.
אני רוצה להגיד עכשיו כאן במקום,חטיבת גולני,נגמר הזמן לישון!
תפסיקו לחלום שזה קורה,ותגרמו לזה לקרות!

לדעתי,מה שקרה בצה''ל זה בושה לעם ישראל,בגלל חוסר כבוד.
במקום לשחק את עצמכם ''כולם אוהבים אותי'' תתחילו לגרום לזה.
אל תגרמו לזה בגלל ששלחת למישהו כסף,או אוכל.
תגרמו לזה בגלל מי שאתם!

אני מקווה שזה לא יקרה עוד פעם,וגם שכל מי שקורה את זה יפנים את זה.
אני יהל,וזה המסר שלי לגולני
תפסיקו לחלום,כי רק עבודה קשה תגרום לחלום להתגשם

לפעמים צריך להיות צודק,לא חכם.

My dear Golani, a lot has happened lately
A new officers' course has started, 3rd one.
Matan9010 is quitting so Ron is our new CO.
Samson joins eIDF
All seems well and fine.
But like every kindergardener knows always after a huge success comes a huge failure or disappointment
After all of eIDF's successes came Golani's failure
Golani has 151 people, out of which approximately 30 inactive and some don't join the chat and some are in the game always.
Many Golani soldiers know that every Sunday there's a squadron attack for all Golani.
Today at 2058 I get a message from Ron, the CO, a chat message
Yahel, today there's no attack because there's hardly people in the chat
I told him I'll command it if you won't, there's still people, we can make it
Now, when I spoke to him I didn't know one thing
Out of 50 people on the chat there were only TWO in GOlani
What happens in Golani is simple and goes like this:
1) Golani was a great success, Samson was brought in and Ron as CO was successful
2) Because of the school year and stuff to do you have less time
3) Some people get drafted and forget about the game
4) Some people just get into chat so they can say they did it

After the fourth stage comes the worst part
The "I don't want to" stage, a bad one
After that stage all Golanis just chat
Even those aware of the attack don't show
People on chat didn't access the channel
Preplanned stuff didn't happen because of irresponsibility
You know, eIDF is not mandatory, it's a choice
Everyone who chooses to serve in eIDF does it to get supply, obeying eIDF and aiding.
Some people just got into eIDF because they're tired of travelling the eGlobe.
I want to state right now, Golani, sleepy time is over
Stop dreaming it's happening and make it happen!I think what happened in eIDF is shameful for all of eIsrael
Instead of thinking "Everyone likes me" Start making it happen
Don't make it happen because you've sent someone food/NIS
Make it happen because of who you are!

I hope this is a one time thing and that everyone who reads this is aware of it
I am Yahel, this is my message to Golani
Stop dreaming, only hard work can make dreams come true

Sometimes you need to be right and not smart
