[Game] Great Scott! Turn 13 - Abominable Snowman attack

Day 3,839, 02:19 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Mr Woldy

Great Scott!

I’ve managed to steal some time to process our next snow-filled melodrama, Great Scott!

This is our pen-penultimate turn… turn 13! On turn 15, the ice caps will squelch and squash and plunge into the sea, ending the intrepid lives of any of our explorers who have not made it back to their ships.

As a constant reminder, these are the locations that the respective exhibitions will be aiming for:
Polar Dave (Orange) - Started in Q7
Don’t forget your COOKer! (Cyan) - Started in H1
The Ox Ford Expeditions (Grey) - Started in O5
3ER Expedition (Purple) - Started in C5
Faulty progress (Red) - Started in S1

At the end of turn 15, those back at their ships will sail home to exhibit their findings in their town museum, and the Exhibition with the most victory points will win a big fat £16,000 and some Q7 weaps!

Cash will also go to second and third place, as well as some booby prizes for other… less conspicuous exhibitions.

The current position of our intrepid explorers is such:

There are 5 expeditions remaining. 1 player missed their turn. One player opted to take regions. Wookie0 has sadly (PG 13 coming up) terribly horribly frozen to death.

The following events occurre😛

Polar Dave - Attacked by Inuits.Dave decapitates them in one swing of his hefty chopper.
Don't forget your COOKer! - Claimed a region.
The Ox Ford Expedition - No move.
3ER expedition - Was attacked by an abominable snowman. It tears the head off one of the expeditions (-1 life).
Faulty Progress - Found the remains of a previous expedition. (Is it Wook?) They pilfer the remains and gain a tin of spam.

The reference guides to what these actions or items do for the teams can be found in the rulebook. A team sheet summarises bonuses and items teams have.

Players will now begin the penultimate turn, turn 14.
