[FrtW] I shaved my beard, Help Wanted (for the Podcast), and a Blackout?

The NHL Playoffs start on Wednesday. It is tradition that the players grow a playoff beard. As you know, I have a beard. I've had it since October '09 (about my 1 year eBirthday) so it's been my friend. I thought I'd shave it for the playoffs and grow it out again as the Chicago Blackhawks make a run. I hope this lasts longer than the first 2 weeks of the playoffs. I will try to take picture every day as I grow it, and share throughout. No I will not shave at the end of it, I want my beard back.

Fightin' 'round the World's podcast is going to come back, but before it does I'm looking for some "executive producers". We're going to come back with a very random schedule. We may do some Tuesday shows for fun, but we're going to focus on bringing news on Thursdays. The executive producers will receive some pay, in either goods or money, depending on their preference.

What tasks will be expected of the producers?
1. Attend a weekly show idea meeting (odds are on Mondays), and bring ideas for that weeks show.
2. Be show correspondent and occasionally call into the show to give reports
3. Fill in as a guest host when either Newton or myself can't make the show.
4. Come up with Jeopardy questions or jokes for FrtW Roasts.

Simply put, you would be Newton and my assistants and you'd be compensated. You'll get a mention every week on the show, and you'll even receive prime banner ad spot on my paper and some shout time when you have an interesting article. To apply simply Message me and let me know what you can bring to the table and give me a link to your best reporting or writing to date.

I recently added everyone with citizenship from the ePhilippines. I was able to do this because of AndraX2000's Mass Mailer. Now I'd love to be able to mass mail people with ease, but I can't because the Admins have taken away this tool. I've become very sad, but I read the Blackout. I would like to participate, but allowing the community to die, would make me even more sad and be against what I believe in. I hope the Admins fix this soon, but I don't hold out much hope.
