You are an e-citizen and i guess you've spent half of your life on stupid forums, so you will know what to do!

20th player being banned will get 10 Q1 tanks!
40th player being banned will get 10 Q2 tanks!
50th player being banned will get 10 Q3 tanks!
60th player being banned will get 10 Q4 tanks!
80th player being banned will get 10 Q5 tanks!
100th player being banned will get 10 Q6 tanks!
