Join the new world

Greetings, fellow eFilipinos!

The past days I have been listening to the whispers on the street; for the first time in a long time this lovely eNation is having no clear leader, and there is only four days left for CP elections. There has been a lot of speculation of who should step forward. I have decided to take the initiative, and hereby announce that I am running for presidency on the 5th of November. I acknowledge the burden that comes with it, and I know my limits I am going to have in regards of time and presence. I assure you, dear citizens, that I will carry this responsibility with honor, no matter whatever it takes. I will present here some of my opinions on my candidacy, and those questions I consider to be the most burning on these days, but more are to follow.

Ever since I settled down to the ePhilippines from the eUK, I have taken part in the politics. Being elected five times to the ePhilippine congress, two times party president and worked several terms in NICA, one may say I have had my touch in the politics rather a long time. The most interesting thing I have noted during that 5 month period is that every time I have written a manifesto, I have made promises I could not have been able to hold. Ever since I arrived to the shores of this small, but lovely nation, this country and its people have never ceased to surprise me. In the past I have tried to apply British views on the system, but soon I had to realize that the ePhilippines is not the eUK. This country and its citizens are unique, and I have had honor to be allowed to integrate with it, for which I am very grateful. During the months I have spent here I have met wonderful people and learned the way of ePhilippine politics. Some time ago I would have been too nervous to even think of running for the highest position of the country. Now I am not afraid anymore, for I know that I have good company.

I do recognize the burden that many of our current directors of various departments carry. This country is run by the very same group I had honor to become familiar with at the time I arrived here last June. It is not an easy task to take care of such responsibility over such a long period. On the other hand I know there are plenty of potential individuals, only waiting for chance to show their talents.

Should I be elected, I will do my best to give chance everybody who is interested in running the country to be part of it and its government. I will try to make the cabinet more dynamical, so that it would serve the country more effectively without exhausting its directors who have worked so hard. But first of all, I will fulfill the duties of hitting the attack button to maintain the wargames. Most of these I would try to do anyway, regardless of the results of the next elections. As for the wargames, I can reveal that I live on +2 GTM region in real life, which means I would have no problems following the schedule.

In the end I want to thank everybody who have given me support. To be honest, I didn't plan to run for a couple of months, but people around me have convinced me that now it is my time. I am surprised of all the support I have received. Especially I would like to thank EZEX. If I win the elections, the ePhilippines will get a good vice president.
