With resource wars winding down, we are doing everything within our power to secure that last precious commodity, Rubber. If you are not yet in #warplanning, please message someone in the government and let's get you up in there. To all of our allies, tanks, and everyone else involved; thank you for your efforts as we look to secure 10/10 of our resource goals. Special thank you goes to Dinnyin and Yui. Without their efforts in prepping battles and monitoring battles, we would not have gotten thus far. And to anyone that is being counter-productive, your deeds will not be forgotten.

This in-game contest has led to some interesting results in the foreign affairs arena. We toyed with the possibility of directly hampering other countries' efforts to gain resources, but as a policy we are against this. The reasons may not be obvious, so let us discuss how our efforts can be perceived in the larger community. We've been at odds with Canada, Cuba, Venezuela, and by proxy Romania in our search for resources lately. We've seen other countries actively sabotage our efforts, and we will not forget your actions. While we continue to compete for rubber, we will continue to addressing eRomania's concerns; and we will actively consider your needs as we search for this last resource. We know that there is a game to be played after this event is over, but there are some members of the community that are so selfish and short-sighted that they would rather antagonize you as we search for resources. KNOW THIS: they do NOT speak for the government of the eUSA. If you consider their actions detrimental, as I do, then feel free to punish the individuals, but I ask you to not hold the eUS at large responsible. I know you have been in contact with members of our team, and we will continue to do our best to respect your needs as this competition winds down.

The eUS is committed to our friends in Asteria. Under my tenure as Country President, we will keep our long-term goals in mind. Namely, we will continue our transition towards the Asteria sphere. While there are times when we will disagree, your actions have been honorable and we in turn need to honor our commitments to you. We will continue our NAP, and we will continue to show through our actions and words how dedicated we are to strengthening our ties. Lastly, for the countries and players that have been actively sabatoging our efforts, we will not forget your behavior. We will react and hold you accountable for your behavior in due time. We have patience, but we do not forget.

I am asking everyone to take a moment and consider what is best for the eUSA. I know there are reservations about my activity level, but I assure you I am always around and I will be here for the long term. While I may not hold an active office, or participate in Congress; I keep myself informed. I do not believe that you need to shout the loudest or most often to show your commitment. I think a healthy community does not require a few people to do all of the work. If your administration is healthy and vibrant, you will get most of the work needed done through the voluntary actions of others. I have not finalized my cabinet yet on purpose. I'd like to see some new faces pop up and message me their thoughts. I've received several messages after my last article, so keep em coming. I would like to engage more members of the community that are commited to the success of the eUSA, and our long-term goals.
