Damn you Fogarthy you said it would only be 24 hours wait and you would come get us. Beginning to think you have no intention of doing so.

We barely made it out of the Liberty Halls Labs, Dr Andrews and I. With him hallucinating I practically had to drag him down to the safety of the tunnels. How the hell those idiots there thought he was one of the Hughes I do not understand!

To top it off when we got here the hallucinations didn’t stop. Until I figured out that the jar of toffees hes always dipping into were laced with the halluconigen. Now I got to try to get to town and see if they got his brand. As hes having a hissy fit that he can’t have his usual few every couple of hours.

Had to leave most of my research notes there in the rush to get out before those maniacs got me. But my work on the chip we insert into our latest test subjects brains is going well. Still trying to figure out how to prevent the side effects of long term use of it. The effects being hyper aggression and murderous tendencies, which can only be stopped by turning the chip off. The only problem is after 3 months of the subjects having it inserted when the chip is turned off so are they. They barely respond to stimuli of any kind including extreme pain when its turned off. Maybe has something to do with where its inserted, still working on that. The subjects say they feel everything but can’t respond in anyway its like they’re paralyzed and have to watch and feel it happening to them.

Damn guards here have had it inserted and so are no company as turning it off, leaves me feeling like i’m talking to the wall when i talk to them, and they’re not interested in anything else but when they can go fight again when its on.

Can’t help thinking about Captain Petrov. Saw him getting half his leg shot off as i was headed to the tunnels and leaned out the window to turn his chip off. Wish he hadn’t turned his head to look in my direction as i did so, the look of terror in his eye when he saw the remote in my hand and realised what I was about to do will never leave me. But I couldn’t leave him with it on for others to get knowledge of our safe places out of him. Hope they realise he can’t respond and don’t hurt him too much. We do have a treatment to repair damage but things like a blown off leg can’t be repaired. He was a good man once before he volunteered as one of our first chip test subjects.

Wish I hadn't been forced to leave my violin behind in my office. Playing classical music always soothes me. What really hurts is its been in my family a 100 years and had to leave it for those maniacs to find. They wouldn't appreciate it at all.

Starting to go mad staring at these grey walls all day and not being able to enjoy my long walks outside in the fresh air. Helps me relax and think.

Hmmm sounds like a helicopter outside maybe Fogarthy has finally sent one for us.
