Goodbye Blue Monday brought to you by Paul Proteus, Federalist DEPUTY POLITICAL DIRECTOR and low-brow journalist

The Federalist Party: Now the proud owner of 1 pair of shades

So, in this episode of Federalist Media, we'll be delivering two parts: Our party endorsement as well as announcements on the future of Federalist community.

First:

A Federalist Endorsement: Re-Elect Wild Owl

The Federalist Primary has concluded, and I feel confident announcing our primary for WildOwl, who won with 59% of the vote. First, I'd like to congratulate WildOwl on retaining the support of the party. This past month's governance has show both responsible and qualified leadership, and has fulfilled everything Wild Owl's campaign promised. The term has been exemplary, and as a representative, and Deputy Political Director: the most prestigious position imaginable, of the Federalist Party, I am proud to announce our endorsement for our glorious Owl in Chief: WildOwl.

All glory to the hypno-Owl

On a personal level, the endorsement of this party has always meant a lot to me. While putting the country first is a common platitude, this party has always delivered. The Federalists are not a "groupthink" party, nor a "flavor of vanilla," as a certain candidate running against WildOwl has somewhat insultingly asserted. We are a very diverse group of individuals. Among us you'll find Congressmen on both sides of every issue, you'll find veterans of the stone age as well as newer players in the top echelons of our leadership. What keeps us together is not a strict adherence to any one position, but a shared belief that country>party and certainly greater than self. That's reflected clearly in our active involvement in every level of government. It is my personal belief, and the belief of a majority of the Federalist Party, that WildOwl best exemplifies these principles, his Presidency hasn't been flashy, it has been good. And while we expect him to continue to reach for greatness, we believe him best capable, and most likely to bring us all with him.

Best of luck WildOwl, you have our collective goodwill and strength, as a party, and as a community.

tl;dr gifs still blow my mind

Here's to four more weeks of a Federalist President, and another month of a Federalist Speaker of the House (shoutouts to Cromstar, devourer of souls). Our elitist cabal party continues to lead by example. Good shit guys.

Moving on,

On a party level, there's a lot we're doing well, but there's a lot we can improve upon. Now obviously that's easy to type. It took me all of five seconds. Luckily our Party President, Trump2016 Orikfricai is a more dedicated man than me. So, I hope everyone will take heed of

The Federalist Symposium of Involvement and Prizes and Other Stuff

Acronyms are above my paygrade

This is just a remind Feds to keep an eye on the forums for an upcoming Week-long forum thread leading up to an IRC extravaganza, complete with discussion on the state of the party, raffles, contests, prizes, hookers and blow. I am now being informed there will be no hookers nor blow, but the other stuff stands.

When the event is officially announced there will be a FedEx, and I hope everyone will be involved so this party can best reflect every single member. Your voice means a lot to us. Additionally, if you want to enter leadership, message Orikfricai or any Director, as we aim to incorporate every interested member. The only thing required to help lead this party is interest, effort, and copious bribery. Until the symposium is up, join our community on the forums, introduce yourself, and count to a million or something. Little known fact: Counting threads provide a renewable source of free energy.

That's all for now, until next time,

Proteus Out~
