Cthulhu has been a quiet giant since his return a few years ago. He has been CP, and held almost every position imaginable in the Executive. His recent month as Party President preceding BigCDaddy was up and down. He brought in some new blood for the Congress term, and accidentally stepped on some toes in the process. CTHULHU is true AF. He promised to bring as much fun as possible back into the game. While activity continues to be a challenge, he is determined to keep you engaged and encourage involvement in your party. While his list of accomplishments is long and distinguished, just like his johnson; he is your current Party President.
