[FED] BigC is running for PP

Triumphant music

So, Fed PP elections have started, and since I'm running, I thought it was important to show you all my plan for the coming month, and give a little bit of background on myself.

For those of you who don't know me, I used to play eRep with a different yet, very similar name. I've quit eRep a few times over the years, most recently leaving the game for nearly 2 years. I have however, done somethings in the party and in the eUS over the years. I've served in every Fed position at least once, including every position in both of the Fed owned MUs (back when they were each attached to the Feds). I've worked in a few cabinets, including being a deputy in the DoD, DoI, and DoM, and working as SoD.

With all of that said, what does that mean to you, the May 2018 voter?

My past accomplishments only serve to show that I have the "necessary resume" to be PP. That people have trusted me in the past, and that I've been a capable worker. It has absolutely no bearing on the work that I will do here and now. What we've done in the past is not necessarily what it will take for us to succeed today, and be prepared for tomorrow.

You see, the Federalist Party of today is different than it's been in the past. We are now the old guard. We've been the number one party in the eUS since 2013, and while that is an amazing feat, and has brought us an unrivaled amount of success as a party, it has done similar things to the Feds as other parties in the past. Easy successes breed apathy.

That is not to say that anyone in particular isn't doing enough, or that people in power in the party aren't doing their jobs. Instead, I'm saying that the very process of staying at the top for too long makes running a party incredibly difficult. Why would any individual put in huge amounts of sustained effort over the course of years when the bare minimum will still result in our party being top dog? Why look for new players to bring into leadership when you have such a big pool of capable older players to run things?

These are holes that are incredibly easy to fall into, and I credit my distance from the game with keeping me from them. They are also detrimental not only to our party, but to our country in a time of great need.

the eUnited States is very nearly wiped at the moment, and is fighting an uphill battle in order to regain even the most basic semblance of our country. There is a party closing in on our tale in the party rankings, and it's one that makes no secret of the fact that they are our political opposite in most issues. In times like these, activity begets activity.

So now that I've given some problems, let me give something that I'm excited about.

The Feds are still the best party in the eUnited States.

With the right effort, and the right team, I think that we can maintain that status for years to come. That includes the two people that are running against me for PP, Melissa Rose and Cthulhu are both integral parts of the Fed party, and things couldn't run without them. I'm just hoping that a new set of ideas, a fresh perspective, and most importantly a driving activity can help focus all of us for the month to come.

Ultimately, I love this party deep in my core. I've been a Fed since my first day on eRep, and I plan to be a Fed on my last. I just hope that you all will give me the chance to lead this party once again.

So, vote BigCDaddy for Fed PP!

Sincerely,

P/H
