Straight to the Point
First, I want to apologize for the lack of communication that has come out of this office for the past 1.5 months. There are no excuses for not communicating with our eCitizens on what is going on with eUSA's Foreign Affairs. My goal is to ensure everyone is aware of the direction the country is headed towards. I will own this.
Second, I want to thank each and every Citizen and Country who has fought for us during this incredibly orchestrated and planned war to land in our Cores by Croatia, Thailand, Egypt, Ireland, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Lithuania and later Hungary.
I want to congratulate them on a successful war campaign and thank them for bringing real war into this game again. While the past month has been very stressful for me, it has been the most fun I have had on a browser game.
For those who do not know who I am, this is my second term in the executive, serving first under Gnilraps, and then Wdib2. Before being part of this team, I had some experience in the legislative branch. This is my 6th term in Congress. I have been part of Easy Company, and have been promoted to 2nd Officer, after successfully (with the help of others) creating a very active environment as Captain for the 11th Regiment, also known as EZC Airborne.
My goal during my first term was to take the torch from Wild Owl and to clean up our image abroad. Gnilraps felt that new blood was needed to give the eUSA a fresh start in Foreign Affairs. So I started learning the ropes, reached out to about half the countries in eRep, introduced myself (and our cabinet) and started going to work.
I do not know if you will remember that far back (as it seems so long ago) but we lacked MPP's and places to fight. Our allies were not deploying us in their battles and there were confusing training wars where MPP battles needed to be lost. It was a struggle to find places to fight.
March 2018
We brokered a Peace treaty with the eUnited Kingdom. We reached an agreement with Japan on Hokkaido to have a True Patriot RW open. We worked with our allies to understand where to fight, and we brokered specific time frames of availability to fight in their TW's. We worked with eNetherlands and eFrance to gain MPP's and we had a Fun war with eIreland the weekend of St Patty's Day for the region of Cork that lasted until the War against PACIFICA broke out.
I felt I was making major strides in our efforts to continue to build strong relationships with countries that we no longer had MPP's with, that is until the war.
April 2018
I sent out communications to every country in the eWorld and I have an open dialogue with many of them. One thing I learned quickly is that history is not forgiven or forgotten and MPP's are hard to come by when Anti Asteria and Pro Asteria countries attack you. Countries do not want to lose important MPP's with the big boys, so basically my attempts were futile to try and collect additional allies along the way.
We were able to MPP Republic of Moldova this month. We were able to remove Thailand, as well as negotiate with Ireland the release of our Core Regions, which we are currently still in the process of doing.
Next Steps
We are working on a plan as well to negotiate with multiple countries to work on what to do next. We currently are being occupied by 5 of the top 10 countries in damage (4 of them being hostile). We are going to have to work in phases and be patient in our tactics. This will not be easy, but typically things that are worth fighting for are not.
My door is open to all citizens, if you leave a comment, I will respond, if you send me a PM, I will respond. I have been working my ass off to try and make eUSA a better place over the last 1.5 months behind close doors but I failed you with communication.
I want to be transparent. Everyone can blame and point fingers and say this is all Wild Owl's fault. That is the easy way out. I am not going to do that. Wild Owl is not in charge. He is not even a part of the executive this term. This happened during my term, and I will own up to this. Its time to move forward and fix a broken eUSA. Will you help me do it?

Current View - We are not the best Alliance when it comes to damage or planning in the eWorld. We need to work and strive to become best in class.

@J211 - I am not the type of person that points out the problem, blames someone else. That’s easy. Everyone can see things are broken. Everyone can complain and point fingers. What I try to do is understand the problem and bring solutions to the equation.
Every event that got us to this point, was needed, so that decisions could be made to move forward.

More communication with citizens is indeed needed. Especially with the new ones. There is an interesting life possible under occupation. The eUSA is that large so it will be very difficult to have it with no congress. Some oldies (maybe because they do that themselves) say there are no real new players, but just multies. There are new players and to focus on that is the best. The history of eUSA will not be forgotten, it was stable arrogance for years.
I hope that can change.

eUSA spirit has been the same than RL: to brings its sense of "freedom" to other countries by conquering them one way or another, generally by force.
It would be a huge endeavor of yours to change that spirit, but you should inhabit the country with foreign players for that change.

Maybe I should have worded it differently? UK and US accepted the peace proposal?
That peace proposal came after the Croatian AS on the UK. Gnil was much more reliable than Fifer, but, ultimately, there was no real peace - you just gave up your regions as Croatia were coming.
Like I said, UK and US accepted peace. We could have stayed. We didn’t. Gnil is very reliable. He set the bar. We will continue striving for that.
