[ESO]Going H.A.M. ft Congress

As you probably know, yesterday was the congress elections and we did considerably well gaining 10 congress members and therefore 25%! This is a great contrast to last month where, due to the amount of regions the UK held at the time, we only got 2 people in. So congratulations to those who got in, commiserations to those who didn't and without further to do, here is the people who got in!
