Here are some interesting proposals that would make erepublik even nicer and more complex.

MILITARY:

It's about resistance wars. If a region of X country is conquered by Y country, then only citizens with X citizenship should fight. VOTE HERE

Bring back Party Press Releases! "Back in Beta, Parties had the ability to release press statements that would show up on their party's home page. Things like "Join our Party's Forum", "Our stance on the war", "Party X Endorses Candidate Y for President" were common.
