[EN] What Russia should declare at the threshould of the war with Poland

As the discussions regarding the above conflict continue in the international press - HERE and HERE, I would like to translate into English one part of my article on this matter. The article is about how many Bulgarians and I see the Russians should behave in this conflict towards Bulgaria and CoT as a whole.

Here is the part where I wrote a fictional address from the Russian government and people to Bulgaria. Please read it and comment:

Hello, dear Bulgarians,

We address you with a specific request from us: do NOT interfere in our conflict with Poland!

This war is NOT yours! This war is a confict between two of your allies and any act of supporting any of us will divide you internally. It will also harm you both diplomatically and militarily.

From diplomatic point of view, by supporting Russia you will upset Poland and vice versa.

From military point of view, this will mean you will sacrifice your original territories which are currently under attack from three sides by the top 3 EDEN countries. On top of that, you will most probably loose your colonies in Egypt and SA - aquisitions you had fought for so hard and for so long time.

We, the Russians, being your best friend, cannot allow these consequenses for you to happen and this is why we insist that you comply with our request and stay neutral.

We DID stay officially neutral when you left EDEN and our allies Greece and Romania attacked you. We do stay neutral now, when our FORMER allies Greece and Romania are aggressive to you. We had NEVER attacked Turkey (our enemy), when they attacked you. Please, respond accordingly in our current conflict.

On the other side, we cannot betray China, regardless of which alliance they are members in, so we cannot voluntarily allow Poland to pass through. We will fight hard with them to protect our long term friend China and we hope we will get support from both them and the EDEN countries which are the only ones who are interested the Polish campaign to fail and who will take benefits from this war. It is their duty to help us, not yours!

We hope, that after the Polish-Russian conflict ends, Russia and Bulgaria will have preserved their mutual friendly relations and we will continue to exist in this game as best allies and friends.
