Je déroge aujourd’hui à une règle éthique dans ma ligne éditoriale qui est de ne pas utiliser ce journal pour faire la promotion de mes croyances politiques afin de vous annoncer une nouvelle qui je l’espère suscitera votre approbation et votre soutien. Vous l’aurez très certainement deviné à la lecture du titre, je serai candidat au poste de Président de l’eFrance le 5 Juillet prochain sous les couleurs du Courant Alternatif. Après un mois de travail au cours duquel j’ai formé mon cabinet et élaboré mon programme pour le mandat qui arrive, il est temps pour moi et mon équipe d’entrer pleinement dans cette campagne qui s’annonce d’ors et déjà passionnante.

Viens désormais le traditionnel moment ou je suis sensé vous dire que l’eFrance va mal, que sa place sur l’échiquier diplomatique mondial n’a jamais été aussi contestée, que la façon dont ont été gérées nos relations diplomatiques depuis quelques mois nous envoie directement au casse-pipe, que nos frontières sont redevenues aussi peu sûres que l’année dernière durant l’été, que la liste de nos alliés fond comme peau de chagrin, que la politique attentiste des précédents gouvernements concernant la V2 signe l’arrêt de mort de l’eFrance et que, dans tout ce bordayl, je suis l’homme de la situation, l’élu, celui qui ramènera l’équilibre dans la Force tandis que les autres candidats ne valent pas un clou. Mais voila, j’entends déjà la voix off me souffler dans l’oreillette : « arrête ça tout de suite, ça n’intéresse personne, tout le monde sais que c’est le bordel et en plus on en a marre de ces querelles politiques à deux balles ! ». Et merde alors, elle aurait raison !

Cette candidature au poste de Président n’est pas le fruit du hasard mais bien l’aboutissement d’une réflexion et d’une préparation de plusieurs semaines. Ne me reconnaissant pas dans les politiques des derniers gouvernements, notamment au niveau de la gestion des Affaires Étrangères et de la politique intérieure, j’ai fait le choix de passer de l’autre côté de la barrière : de spectateur attentif mais impuissant je désire devenir acteur de l’avenir de l’eFrance. De plus, j’aurai la chance en cas d’élection de travailler avec des personnes compétentes, motivées et expérimentées dans leurs domaines respectifs, ce qui me permettra de lancer plusieurs chantiers qui me tiennent à cœur et qui, je n’en doute pas, seront extrêmement bénéfiques à l’eFrance. Trop de choses restent en suspens et depuis trop longtemps, ça ne peux plus durer.

Ça arrive, ça arrive ! Mon programme détaillé sera publié dans les jours à venir (de façon à ce qu’il soit dans le top5 durant les élections), mais je tiens d’ors et déjà à vous donner les grands axes que je compte donner à mon mandat.

Comme dis plus haut, une de mes priorités sera de relancer l’appareil diplomatique afin de redorer le blason de l’eFrance à l’international et de mettre fin à la simagrée de diplomatie qui sévit actuellement et entraîne des conséquences désastreuses (cf. le problème Italien). Non, négocier n’est pas faire de la diplomatie. Non, des relations diplomatiques durables ne se construisent pas en signant quelques bouts de papier. Je veux remettre en place un précepte fondamental (mais trop souvent bafoué) en diplomatie, à savoir le contact humain. C’est en échangeant avec les dirigeants étrangers (et pas seulement quand on a besoin d’eux) que des liens durables seront créés, et uniquement comme cela. Tant que l’eFrance sera incapable de mettre en place une telle politique extérieure de façon durable, nous serons toujours délaissés par les autres pays. Et au vu des évènements récents, on commence clairement à voir les dangers d’une telle façon de procéder. Alors oui, cela prend tu temps, mais c’est indispensable.

Au niveau économique et militaire, différentes réformes seront mises en place afin de rentrer de plein pieds dans la préparation de la V2. La politique attentiste qui règne actuellement (on parle, on parle, mais rien n’est encore fait) est non seulement regrettable mais également dangereuse pour la sécurité économique et militaire de l’eFrance. Il est temps d’arrêter de se reposer sur ses lauriers en espérant que la V2 arrivera quand on ne sera plus au gouvernement, laissant à celui-ci la joie d’un fiasco anticipé.

Vous découvrirez également la création d’un nouveau Ministère, le Ministère de la Technologie. Celui-ci sera en charge de la mise en place de différents outils techniques destinés au bon développement de l’eFrance ainsi qu’à l’amélioration de la communication Gouvernement => eFrançais. En parallèle, le mandat du Ministère de l’Intérieur sera étendu et prendra une toute nouvelle ampleur.

Tous ces points, ainsi que le reste du programme, seront détaillés de façon plus approfondie dans un article à publier le 3 Juillet. Vous y trouverez également la composition de mon gouvernement. En attendant cette échéance, je reste ouvert à toutes vos questions. De même, si certains se sentent motivés pour apporter leur pierre à l’édifice, toute participation est la bienvenue, quelque soit votre mouvance politique.

Citizens of eFrance,

Today, I will not obey to an ethical rule in my editorial line, which is not to use this newspaper to promote my political beliefs, in order to do an announcement which I hope will spark both your approval and support. You probably guessed from reading the title, I will be a candidate for being the President of eFrance the next 5 July under the colors of the “Courant Alternatif”. After one month of work in which I formed my team and developed my program, it's time for me and my team to get fully into the campaign, which I already look with excitement.

Come now the traditional time when I'm supposed to tell you that eFrance goes wrong, that it’s place on the global diplomatic scene has never been such disputed, that the way were handled diplomatic relations in recent months sent us directly to the break-pipe, that our borders are back as unsafe as last year during the summer, that the list of our allies back to a trickle, that the previous governments policy of waiting for the V2 send eFrance to death and that in all this mess, I am the man of the situation, the chosen one who will restore balance to the Force while the other candidates do not worth a bean. But here it is, I hear the voice prompt talking to me into the headset: "stop it right away, nobody cares, everybody know it's a mess and we are really tired of politics fighting versus each other ! . And damn it, it would be right!

This candidature for President is not a coincidence but the result of reflection and preparation of several weeks. As I am recognizing myself in the policies of previous governments, including the management of the Foreign Affairs and domestic policy, I chose to go to the other side of the fence: attentive but powerless spectator I want to become an actor in the future of eFrance. In addition, I will have the opportunity, if elected, to work with competent, motivated and experienced in their respective fields, people which will allow me to launch several projects which are close to my heart and I have no doubt will be extremely beneficial to the eFrance. Too many things remain unresolved for too long, it can not last.

My detailed program will be published in coming days (so it is in the top 5 during the elections), but I am already with you to the main account that I give to my mandate.

As said above, one of my priorities is to revive the diplomatic machinery to enhance the image of eFrance internationally and to end the current style of diplomacy which currently prevails and leads us to disastrous consequences (see the Italian problem). No, do negotiations is not diplomacy. No, diplomatic relations are not built just by signing a few pieces of paper. I want to replace a fundamental (but often violated) in diplomacy, which is human contact. By interacting with foreign leaders (and not just when we need them) we will create long lasting relationships, and simply by this methodology. Until eFrance will be able to implement such a sustainable foreign policy, we will always be neglected by other countries. And in light of recent events, we begin to see clearly the dangers of such an approach. So yes, it takes time, but it's indispensable.

I also wanna do economic and military reforms which will will leads us to fully prepared for the V2. The prevailing policy of waiting (we talk, and talk, but nothing is done yet) is not only unfortunate but also dangerous for the economic and military security of eFrance. It is time to stop resting on its laurels, hoping that the V2 will come for the next government, leaving it the joy of an anticipated fiasco.

I'll also create a new Minister, the Ministry of Technology. It will be responsible for implementation of various technical tools for the proper development of eFrance and for improving communication beetween Government & eFrench. In parallel, the mandate of the Ministry of Interior will be extended and take a whole new scale.

All these points, and the rest of the program will be detailed more fully in an article published July 3 at 20h00. You will also find the composition of my government. Until that time, I remain open to all your questions. Similarly, if people feel motivated to bring their stone to the building, any participation is welcome, whatever your political opinion.
