所有公民注意，欧洲进入冬令时间，系统时钟调慢一小时，请务必注意打仗时间，以免悲剧。

My Fellow eChina citizens:
With Europe entering Winter time,their clock is turned slow by 1 hour(i.e. eRep time 0:00 now is China Standard Time 16:00).
We advise that eChina citizens should take note of this change and adjust online time in order to avoid tragedies.

hexieshehui: daylight savings time was a concept made by the Allied Commanders during World War 2 to make an extra hour of daylight. Extra hour of daylight means more time to march into enemy territory. Since, then America and a group of other countries have adopted this time system in which during winter the clock is set back 1 hour.
