Sorry for not writing for a long time. I had other things to do that made me preoccupied, but it's time to return to the MoFA duty with the weekly update articles!




The UK situation

Ireland, Croatia, Greece and UK agreed in the following arrangement of regions and TWs (that you can see on the map):

Regions that belong to Irelan😛 Northern Ireland and East of England,
Regions that belong to Croatia: London, East Midlands and South East of England,
Regions that belong to Greece: West Midlands, North West of England and South West of England and Wales,
Regions that belong to UK: Yorkshire and Humbershide, North East of England and Scotland.

Two ordinary TWs are going on the regions of UK:
-with Croatia in London, East Midlands and South East of England,
-with Greece in West Midlands, North West of England and South West of England,

Two ping-pong type TWs take place:
-between Ireland and UK in Northern Ireland and Scotland,
-between Croatia and Greece in Wexford and Wales (now this TW is in Guayana-Wales)

Ireland

In Ireland one ordinary TW is taking place with Croatia in Dublin and Louth, and one ping-pong TW with Greece between Rhode Island and Shannon. In this TW Greece wins in Rhode Island and Ireland wins in Shannon.

Wexford is not part of the Ireland-Croatia TW. Please do not start RW in Wexford!




Spain

The only active anti-Asteria front is now in Spain and in Portugal. Croatia attacked Spain about a month ago, and was followed by Serbia. Two weeks ago Chile was invited to create a wall between them. Last week Croatia attacked Portugal who was helping Spain, and Argentina arrived by airstrike on Spain's Cantabria region. By now Croatia removed Portugal from Spain's original regions and took its Notre and Centro regions, while Argentina took Asturias and Galicia from Spain. Most likely both Spain's and Portugal's original regions will be occupied. At the same time this doesn't mean deletion because both countries have TW regions elsewhere.

Hungarian TWs with Croatia and Turkey

Hungary started two new TWs, with Croatia and Turkey (the Croatian TW is a ping-pong TW on the border of the two countries, the Turkish TW is an AS to Turkey's Finnish regions which Turkey keeps occupied because of Finland's embargo on Turkey in the 2017 April Pacifica campaign against Turkey and Ukraine).

The training wars made impossible production for a large number of Hungarian players who have companies in Croatia and Turkey. Two months ago, before the free company movement days the previous Hungarian government recommended Turkey as destination for company investments. The government started to survey the extent of the damage on the economy but for now they did not give up on continuing the TW. The issue highlights the need for long term planning of economic strategy in an era when high demand for TWs make TWs between allies more and more prevalent.
