[eIre CP] End of term analysis

Day 3,972, 13:14 Published in Ireland Hungary by aimeisan

Dear citizens of eIreland,

My second term as CP is ending. Thank you very much for your trust that made possible for me to lead eIreland and all your help and support in this time!

A little summary about what happened in the last two months!

We signed resource rental deal with France (we were the first countries on erep to send this law). This made the food bonus increase by 15%, and lead to an increase in food production and tax income. This latter continued to increase in the second term too. While the total tax income in the first term's four weeks was 166,651 CC, in the second term's four weeks it was 446,631 CC, more than two times bigger. So while the concession may not seem to be important at first, we receive at least five times more tax than prior to it.

Because of the monetary trends it isn't advised to leave the state money idle in the treasury, so I allowed to donate 400,000 CC to the Irish Ministry of Finance org managed by King Trito Fisher. Since then this has been returned to treasury. Than the congress approved another three donations of 400,000 CC to the New Ireland Bank org, managed by Papi Don.

In the two terms no state money was spent on CO or funding of private entities.

Foreign policy, TWs and wars

Because of the game trend that values the training wars more than the MPPs, we didn't have MPP with most of our allies, but we remained as close as before. I wanted Ireland to help its allies according to its abilities, this is why I wanted to keep all TWs with Croatia and Greece. These were running almost flawless. For this many thanks to our TW partners, and speacial thanks to Greece for respecting when Ireland had to win. Cork didn't get taken although was attacked several times, and two times because of internal problems Greece almost took Shannon but finally they turned the outcome of the battle in favour of Ireland. And special thanks to Croatia too for their help when blocking the UK NE.

We were invited to Slovakia where we stayed only for some days because of China and then we were called for an airstrike on Armenia that we didn't do because Serbia airstriked Armenia before us.

In the end of the month UK got into conflict with Greece and we participated in the war by conquering Northern Ireland. There are suggestions about the rearrangement of the TWs, this will be left for the next CP term.

Community activities

The Aircraft Rank Program that I introduced to encourage the participation in air battles for players who are weak in ground is in its 12th week. If we see the air damage of the target group (the air damage of the non-tank players) we can see participation in air battles has increased. There was a big increase in the 7th, 8th, 9th weeks partially because some players (including me) started to use packs. After the 9th week there was a sharp decline because we flew less in general and some players became less active.

Weekly aircraft damages of the non-legend players in eIreland

The general increase in air activity cannot be attributed to the aircraft rank program alone but to the joint effect of the various programs managed by Slua, MeDs., Kevin Sheridan, T1nk3r and others, to whom I owe many-many thanks for their contribution to the community in the last two months. I must highlight the sunday airstrike which has probably the best effect on the community.

Unfortunately the game has gone into a direction where only a few strong players are actually playing the game in many cases managing multiple accounts, while the majority of the real players have little importance in the battles, go inactive and the communities are dying. Subsidy programs can help increase activity, this is why I opened the Aircraft rank program to the citizens of some MPP allies, first Australia than in this week Philippines. Mexico asked me too, and we agreed that Mexico financed partially by the Mexican government will be added in the next week. Thank you to J Seemore, CP of Australia, Shining Stars, MoE of Philippines and Lalo292 from Mexico for their help at the introduction of these programs!

Once again thank you to my cabinet, the congress and the eIrish community for the cooperation and support during the two months! I wish success to Sir Jack Sparrow, I believe we are looking forward another good months!
