[EDEN] Battles update

Earlier this week, Phoenix was flapping her rather damaged wings in a large number of attacks, but without really getting out of the ashtray. EDEN countries are more than happy to help keep the bird on fire, although a backfire might not be what Phoenix forces had in mind.
