[EBI] Some Changes

Hello eIndia,

As my previous article read that the new EBI is born.So , the first step that we need to take in order to proceed is to list out all the newspapers by registering into the EBI form.Anyone can come and register into EBI but there will be thorough checking for any trace of fraud or malpractices done in the past because EBI will be held responsible for any of its members' actions.Also , you will be asked to donate some amount as the security fee.So be prepared for it.

Secondly , we desperately need some members in this board and others to spread the news of EBI.
