New CP
Mittekemuis is elected as new CP with 40.39% of the votes. She replaces BrunoCND and becomes, per constitution of eBelgium, also a Member of Congress.

BNA
Upon the ideas of Tecuvo, some proposals where voted, to modify existing laws, in order to let it better suit the Belgian National Army.
This changes the structure of the High Command and the funding the BNA receives, this passed as amendments. A first attempt to get this with a new law, was rejected by congress. As CoC I found it my duty to stress out at that this first attempt would have legal technical problems, but I have no idea if Congress rejected it for that reason or not 😉 .
Furthermore Tecuvo was by a congressvote supported as new BNA Leader

Honorary Citizenship
As Honorary Citizenship (HC) is now part of the constitution, the old law has been revoked. Furthermore the HC of shadowukcs was also revoked. Shadowukcs received this, for being a supply officer from our previous army BAF, he however stopped supplying before agreed, he run away with the BAF Military unit and doesn't repay a loan.
Olv007 and Director9 have been granted HC, for volunteering as supply officer in the current army BNA.
Currently there is more updates in the HC under way AND in FoC (Friend of Congress, a mask that give posting rights in public congress)

Belgian Paras and Procedural Questions

The Belgian Para's are extended into 9 members. Based on this vote, also a debate came to stop the funding of the para's and the question if Congress Members are allowed to vote in laws where they have an interest in. Furthermore a proposal that didn't follow procedure was locked by the CoC related to these concerns. While every Member of Congress is alowed to make proposals and start voting, a certain procedure has to be followed. This procedure is not there, to censor other Members of Congress, but only to make sure that everything happens in a structured way and every Member of Congress has the time and means to inform himself about the proposal
