[DPM] Details of the Term's First Cabinet Meeting

I'm pleased to announce the first cabinet meeting of the term progressed swimmingly. The Decepticon influence of Pensive as Minister of Rations looked like it may cause trouble, but this was quelled by the 18 Autobots in the room (Joachim von Bremen in his 17 roles and Prime Minister Jamesw). Minutes were recorded by the Prime Minister himself, as he can, after all, transform into a Cassette Player.

Proposals to mine a little Energon and a lot of luck from the Earth's core were met with strong approval and an 8 point plan was figured out on how best to approach this first term of presidency for Jamesw.
