[Department of Homeland Security] Department decree n°2/5/12, establishing the Accelerated Citizenship Application Approval Procedure (ACSAAP)

The Department of Homeland Security :

Expressing its happiness to see former eSwiss citizen come back in Switzerland,
Considering the necessity to allow them easier establishment back at home,

Has adopted the following decree :

Article 1:

All citizens of a foreign country who had, by the past, the eSwiss citizenship, can benefit of the Accelerated Citizenship Application Approval Procedure.
This ACSAAP shortens the procedure of approval for these former eSwiss who wish to have eSwiss CS back.

Article 2:

If such procedure is engaged, the Committee on Immigration will not have to vote the CSAAP for the former eSwiss candidate.

Article 3:

Only the Minister of Homeland Security can engage the ACSAAP, based or not on the demand of a Congressman or another Minister. The Minister of Homeland Security can refuse to engage the ACSAAP.

Article 4:

This present decree has immediate effect when published, and is not retroactive.

Taken the 24th day of the month of May 2012 by the Department of Homeland Security.
