[DND] Military Reform

At the behest of our President Ariel David Buena and under the advisement of his counsel, the Armed Forces of the Philippines has begun the process of military reform. The first reformation that took place was the increase in damage requirements for the elite branches: Philippine Marine Corps and Special Operations. The requirements have been raised to a total damage of 120 while using a Q5 weapon at 90 Wellness.

When the world war was at its peak we had problems with supplying weapons and tickets to our soldiers. We had to make cuts in the number of weapons that were distributed and some of our most skilled soldiers were fighting with their hands instead of with a weapon. A better supply line has been established and more is in the works, potentially work-for-weapons programs and the like.

Now that the world war is slowing down with eUSA and eSpain nearly finished, we will be recalling troops in preparation for the Congress elections. We are not under threat of PTO, this is a drill. A select group of troops from the Navy and the Marines will be kept abroad and supplied. You will be contacted by your CO if you were selected. If you're bent on fighting you can stay abroad but you will not be supplied.

And finally the Philippine Naval Fleet is now officially known as the Philippine Navy. Prepare yourselves, Day 639 marks another attack on Sabah!
