Another 25 days to full Dicktraktor medal but in the meantime I continue to wheelspin my massey ferguson across the face of eUK democracy.

Those pesky democrat kids are planning something or another in mongress which the older players amongst you might remember as a place of total inconsequence and those unfortunate to have ended up there at one point may very well shudder at the memory of the metaphorical pit of woe you entered when you opened your emails everyday.

For funsies I decided to ask them if they would follow the lead of the Speaker of the House and resign from congress if they so strongly believed in Democracy!


Turns out that those who scream about the rights of the masses have little interest in relinquishing their elevated status and rejoining them.

Turns out the course of action that the speaker took is not the correct path.

Turns out that "striking a blow for democracy" means actually doing nothing at all.

They bleat about democratic rights and representation but not all democratically elected congress members are allowed to take part in the debates or votes.


Quite frankly the status quo is that I have the buttahns and they do not and as the next-in-line CP ( a player who ran in and received the second most votes in a free and fair election) is not to their liking, they seem quite happy with the current situation and unwilling to change it by doing the one thing the speaker alone had the balls to do.

They have until Monday to show me, you and everyone that they are just not a glorified and selective debating club but are actually capable of taking an action. That their claim of being elected on a democratic mandate wasn't tosh when it comes to the test.

Pretending that not doing anything is super awesome is why we're at this point in our eNations history and if you think it's actually enough then there is really no hope for 'democracy'.




Moving on to things that actually matter.....

A wild Latvian NE appeared around 2130H last night!

Luckily this gave me a chance to test my nationwide alert orders and I'm hoping that most of you received the *War Warning message? After spending an hour of PMs and Discord chatting to various allies, friends, potentially effected parties, scheming schemes of war I finnaly got hold of Latvia and it turned out to be a rogue congressman pushing buttons (not something we have a problem with anymore 😉 ).

Therefore the search for real war continues and we've even begun the steps to potentially begin winning battles by starting on some military reform based on the conclusions of the last few days and some input from other bright military boffins.

Tomorrow is the last day of the League of Allies event and therefore the last day we'llbe giving away supplies to all eUK citizens in the discord channel.

Any UK player who joins the UK channel between the hours of 1000H and 1300H (that's 6pm to 9pm UK time) during the course of the 'League of Allies' event will receive a stock of Q5 food and Q7 weapons to help them gain their rewards.
