Today we struck an agreement with our old friends and visitors Lithuania to allow them to come visit us once more and give you more chances for medals, TPs and all that.

UK - Lithuania TW Agreement

1. UK is to launch an NE proposal from the region Southwest of England, UK against Lithuania and attack at the earliest opportunity.

2a. Lithuania is to use the war to advance through the Southwest of England and Southeast of England to attack and take London.

2b. Lithuania is to allow and ensure that Southwest of England and Southeast of England are RW'd behind them to allow the UK-Croatia RW to continue.

3. Lithuania is then free to undertake a TW in the regions of London, East of England and East Midlands.

4. Lithuania is not to attack any other nation from eUK regions without invitation from that nation.

5. This agreement is to run to day 3929.

6a. On days 3929 the TW regions may be modified

6b. On day 3929 Lithuania is to be allowed to obtain a 'resource concession' on eUK Iron and/or Fish at a final price of 0.5% GDP per resource capped at 5,000cc.

Additionally they have offered to accept CS applications from any UKer with companies in the effected regions as the 'free Plato move of companies' is still some time away

I of course pinky promise to let any UKer back in no matter whom you are if I'm still somehow in powah on day 3929.

We also thank Zdlemmy and our Croatian TW partners for allowing a temporary change to the Croatia - UK TW to allow us to 'import' Lithuania

Only a short while ago I sent to all UKers who are both on my friends list and in a political party a debrief of our approach to the new rules and the PCP technocracy will strive to keep you informed as more details firm up.

I have also planned to talk to UK MU members about the small changes in process we've decided to implement and what they mean as very shortly we shall be requiring their use and thus your understanding of them will be crucial (well it would be nice).
