Dear friends,

I’ve just read an article by Israel Stevens about the theft of government orgs in the USA by the former President of that country.

The UK went through a major crisis a few weeks ago whereby the Canadian government stole our national orgs with the assistance of the admins. To remind you of that, basically the admins decided to give a big amount of our national orgs to Canada. After a number of near misses, we got a reply to our ticket basically saying “it’s a lot of work re-assigning national orgs, and there isn’t any money in them, is it ok if Canada keeps them?”. Of course we said no but...

When I saw Israel Stevens’ article, I wasn’t surprised at all. I feel deeply for the Artela administration, and offer my full support. I would also like to express my disgust at Oblige’s actions. Power in this game isn’t related to control, but to trust and respect, and I’d have thought he’d have learned that in his time in government.

However I am not surprised at the fact that a moderator acted without morals and without any threat of removal by the admins. I’ve found that in this game very few moderator actions are punished, and that appealing them is largely futile. How many fp have been given based on subjective politics, dislike or even opinion? Once tickets are closed, they’re never reviewed by the admins themselves, so in most cases they mods get away scot-free with being biased. In addition, “small time” reports (for things like vulgarity in comments) don’t get a signed reply, just an automated one, so you don’t even know who to blame.

It’s truly bizarre how the admins seem to be so uncaring that they’ll dismiss something as important as national assets as “too much work”. If anyone is curious, the ONE HQ paper is currently deleted. Why? Because the admins moved it to a British org... which they gave to Canada. They then refused to return it to the UK. They then reacted to a number of spam articles being released from it by moving it to a deleted org. They still haven’t returned the org to us... “Arbitrage West” which has been a UK Ministry of Finance org since 2009 is still in the hands of our enemies, despite both the UK and Canada ticketing for its return. Apparently they’re just too lazy to fix the mistakes they made.

So America- my sympathy.
