[DeptEd] Know Where and How to Fight

Howdy eUSA! If you're not new to the eWorld or living under a rock, you've probably noticed that we're being invaded from all sides. In fact, we're only a few states away from being completely occupied by our enemies.

If you are new, then you'll want to jump right in to help defend the USA, or support resistance wars as we reclaim our lost states. I'm more of a visual person, so watch the following video that explains where and how to fight, and how to regain energy once you have fought.

Remember, follow the shouts of your government officials and Military Unit commanders as to where you should be fighting. And move to a USA held state to fight for the USA. If you fight from an enemy occupied state, you fight for the enemy.

Don't worry, we will prevail in the end. Fight every day, follow orders, and we will be victorious. Hoorah USA!

I don't see anyone blaming noobs except you. The duty of the Education Department is to help new citizens figure out basic game mechanics. Adding some morale boosting language to the article is common sense.
