[DepEd] What does a president do?

Hello fellow kababayans!

Four more days before we elect a new president. Before doing so, it would be a good idea to find out what the president could do.

First of all,
Country Presidents can propose the following laws:

New welcome message - The president can propose to change the message received by each newborn citizen of the country to a more suitable one. (must not exceed 2000 characters)

Trade Embargo - The president can also propose to prohibit trade between his/her country and the country of his/her choice for 30 days.

Alliance - An alliance is an agreement that lasts for 30 days between two countries (say A and B ) such that if one country (A) in the pact attacks another country (C), or is attacked by another country (C), the other country (B )'s citizens can fight for their ally (A) from their homeland. The president can propose to sign this with a country of his/her choice. But both countries must accept the law and pay 10000 CC first. The money will be taken from their respective treasury.

Natural Enemy - Both members of congress and the president can propose a neighboring country as natural enemy. This means that a free war will be started with the natural enemy. Also, the proposing country's citizens will get +10% bonus while fighting against their natural enemy. There can only be one natural enemy at a time. If desired, this can be removed or changed only after 7 days

Declare War - The president can propose to declare war to a neighboring country. Declaration costs 200g + 10% * number of citizens able to fight in attacker's country.

Peace proposal - The president can propose to end a war between his/her country and another country. But both country's congress must pass this first.

Also, the president have one vote in all laws proposed by the president and the congress.

Second,
He/she chooses the members of the cabinet and can have control (or choose who controls) over the country orgs. He/she can also have unlimited access in the country's forums.

Lastly,
He/she usually have the final say on the different country's issues. He/she can also make non in-game agreements with other country presidents like region trading/renting or non-agression pacts.
